1. Loyalty is given freely by us based on our own experience.
2. We shall earn our business based on overall competency.
3. We will choose our vendors based on their own merit.
4. Formal purchase orders are required to secure equipment and prior to shipping.
5. To remove drama, stress, and risk, motors are secured with the first purchase order in every deal. First right of refusal will not be given.
6. We will communicate with a confirmation upon receipt of all orders and a signed bill of lading or PRO# once it has shipped.
7. All international orders require payment in full prior to shipping.
8. New customers will require payment in full prior to shipping or down payment if progress payments are granted after credit is established.
9. Accounts inactive for one year are flagged as idle and credit terms purged due to long-term inactivity. Payment with subsequent orders will be required until credit is re-established.
10. Large corporate enterprises will not be shown preferential treatment or partial favor in regards to company policy, or given additional discounts, or zero-interest extended payment terms.
11. We do not agree to policies or practices that take unfair advantage at our own complete expense. We treat others the way we wish to be treated, and this includes facilitating easy transactions for our regular business partners.
12. We will gladly help coordinate all aspects of the shipping process to ensure safe and timely arrival which could include help finding a truck or opening an account, but we do not prepay freight.
13. Trucks ordered with tarps will be turned away without one or one that provides inadequate coverage.
14. After the motor or equipment is loaded, we provide oversight and support until the load is secured and covered if needed.
15. Photos of the secured load are provided with a signed bill of lading and tracking information.
