"2026 Business Operating Policy"Objective - Complete
1. If loyalty is given at all, it is given by us freely, based only on our own experiences.
2. We expect to earn your business based on our competency, and we will choose our vendors based on their own merit.
3. Large corporate enterprises will neither be shown preferential treatment nor partial favor in regards to company policy, neither entitled to additional discounts nor zero-interest extended payment terms.
4. We are here to help and value your business, but we do not agree to policies or practices that take unfair advantage at our own complete expense.
5. Treating others the way we wish to be treated, we facilitate easy transactions for our regular business partners, SMB's and enterprises alike.
6. To remove drama, stress, and risk, all equipment is secured with the first formal purchase order in every deal. Right of first refusal will not be given.
7. Confirmation is given upon receipt of all orders and a signed bill of lading or PRO# once it has shipped.
8. All international orders require payment in full prior to shipping.
9. All new customers will be asked for payment in full prior to shipping or a down payment in the event progress payments are granted.
10. Credit terms are purged from ALL idle accounts after one year due to long-term inactivity, and subsequent orders will require advanced payment. Credit can be established with an active account.
11. Job status and progress reports will be provided in the event of unforseen circumstances as well as for all orders quoted with extended delivery timelines.
12. We will gladly help coordinate all aspects of the shipping process in any capacity to ensure safe and timely arrival. We can help with loading, logistics, and securing an account, but we do not prepay freight.
13. Trucks ordered with tarps will be turned away without one or if the tarp provides inadequate coverage.
14. Once the motor or equipment has been loaded and secured, photos are provided with a signed bill of lading and tracking information.
