2026 Company Policy
"2026 Business Operating Policy"
Objective
To strengthen our relationships by instilling fair and ethical business practices as well as preventing abuse and stagnation that might occur long-term due to preferential treatment and tenure. And while creating fresh perspectives and new partnerships, we exercise due diligence by expressing the expectation of our customers to adhere to our payment terms and timelines, and we to theirs. Without exception, large enterprises and corporate moguls are not exempt and should appreciate us as a small business, as we do them. Only together, not one without the other, can we all learn, grow, and love...succeed.
1. Loyalty is no longer owed based on guilt or relationships that were built in a different era by different people. It's a new year 2026 and our loyalty is given freely by us based on our own experience.
2. We shall earn our business based on overall competency which includes respect, expertise, communication, product quality, customer service, and attention to details.
3. We will choose our vendors based on their own merit.
4. Formal purchase orders are required to secure equipment and prior to shipping.
5. To remove drama, stress, and risk, motors are secured with the first purchase order in every deal. First right of refusal will not be given.
6. We will communicate with a confirmation of all orders and a signed bill of lading or PRO# when shipped.
7. All international orders require payment in full prior to shipping.
8. First time customers will require payment prior to shipping or down payment if progress payments are granted.
9. Returning customers inactive for over one year will be required to renew their credit which may include advanced payment. Well known and established companies will also be asked to comply.
10. We will gladly help coordinate all aspects of the shipping process to ensure safe and timely arrival, but we do not prepay freight.
11. Trucks ordered with tarps will be turned away without one or one that provides inadequate coverage.
12. We are eager to help, provide thorough quotes, always communicate, pay attention to details, are willing to learn, and always fair.
13. Any suggestion, feedback, or criticism is welcomed.
If you haven't talked to us in a while, I think you'll like the way we conduct business.
